I must say the car was well prepared by Juergen's team and ok he is definitely not the fastest man on the grid (he knows that) but the other drivers have no problems to overtake him because he has always one eye in his mirrors and that is the most important thing!

A fantastic drive from Marijn van Kalmthout, congratulation to the new outright Anderstorp lap record. He broke the old Niki Lauda record (1:24.836) after 31 years!
Up to the last lap it looked like a copy of our first race on Saturday, but in this last lap Henk de Boer got problems with the fuel pressure, so Johan Rajamäki and Karl-Heinz Becker could overtake him for the podium positions two and three behind Marijn. All in all a very close race with five of six cars at the end still in the same lap.

Abba Kogan bought today Marijn's Tyrrell 023 3.5l Judd V10!
He gave his final 'Yes' after he saw how fast Scott was driving the car. Abba will race with them at Spa in four weeks and the full season next year, prepared by Ryschka Motorsport!

Anderstorp Sunday race1
Hi from Anderstorp,
sorry for the delay, but we (or better I) had an internet crash yesterday.
I think you already know the results, therefore only for the official way...

Scott only drove the Qualifying and the Warm-Up, because the car is for sale and not for race, nevertheless always very impressive to see Scott driving an F1 car... and he also broke this morning in the warm-up the old Niki Lauda lap record with no real setup very easily!
A good battle for 2nd between Henk de Boer and Johan Rajamäki.

Heavy rain, therefore a very wet circuit, so no surprise Johan in front because he knows the track very well. Abba Kogan out after 1/2 lap but no damages on the car.

The track was not really dry after a heavy rain shower 1 hour before the session starts, but the racing line was ok. Scott Mansell with Marijn's '95 ex-Mika Salo F1 Tyrrell 023, but with the setup from the cars last EuroBOSS race at Spa in 2008. Abba again out after 1 lap, same corner like yesterday, session red flagged with 16 minutes left. Marijn with 1:22.653 already two seconds quicker than the current lap record from 1978 Niki Lauda! Good fight for the grid positions 2, 3 and 4.
